The Fulton Family Care Network is located at the Fulton County Oak Hill Child, Adolescent & Family Center (www.oakhillkids.org).   The Oak Hill campus is owned & operated by Fulton County Health Services, and provides child and adolescent behavioral health services for youth between the ages of 0 to 21 years old.
